Meredith Casimiro is a board-certified dance/movement therapist and licensed creative arts therapist with a Master of Science in Dance/Movement Therapy from Pratt Institute and a BA in Dance from CUNY Hunter College. A lifelong mover, dancer, and yogi, Meredith combines her passion for dance, movement, and body-based practices with psychology to help clients explore their embodied stories. Her holistic approach integrates creativity, movement, and verbal psychotherapy, using a relational method to address obstacles and support therapeutic goals. Meredith is LGBTQ+ and racial justice allied and strives to create a space where clients feel heard, seen, and validated.
