Dr. Naomi Nightingale spends great deal of her life working to improve life for people who are pushed to the margins of society by power systems in every important aspect of life — housing, education, lae enforcement, historical recognition and preservation and so on. In her professional career as an educator , human resource professional, and change agent, my goal is also to assist people to get to where they want to go professionally while ensuring the policies and practices support both the employee and the employer.
