Natosha Wilson is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Supervisor (LMFT-S), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), and AAMFT Approved Supervisor recognized for her innovative and systemic approaches to marriage and family therapy. She holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Clinical Mental Healthcare from the University of Maryland and a Master of Science in Behavioral Science with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from Cameron University. She also completed advanced studies in the Diversity of Psychology at Harvard University. Natosha is currently completing her dissertation as a PhD Candidate in Marriage Family Therapy at Northcentral University, examining parenting and the successful transition to adulthood.
Her research focuses on launching processes, transitions to adulthood, leaving home, and young adult development within oppressed and minority populations. Her published work has reached readers in more than 52 countries, reflecting her commitment to expanding global understanding of diverse family experiences and developmental transitions.
Natosha is the Founder and Executive Director of Clinical Services at The Reset Universe, LLC, a therapy multiplex specializing in marriage and family therapy. Her professional collaborations span universities, private practice, psychiatric hospitals, the U.S. Army, and the Department of Defense. She previously served as a Behavioral Scientist in federal organizations across Risk Reduction, Public Health, Sexual Assault Prevention, Suicide Prevention, Substance Abuse Prevention, and Ready & Resilience programs, where she worked as Special Staff to the Commanding General and advised commanding officers, soldiers, and families. Prior to her leadership roles, she provided clinical treatment in inpatient psychiatric settings and later became a Clinical Services Manager overseeing acute care services across Texas.
Natosha joined the Antioch University faculty in 2022 and brings a deep passion for teaching within the Couple and Family Therapy program. She is especially dedicated to providing high-quality clinical training for students pursuing licensure in marriage and family therapy.
