Job Description

  • Provide detail-oriented administrative support for Education Department staff and faculty. Tasks vary throughout the term.
  • Responsibilities include organizing online files, updating spreadsheets for student tracking purposes, and typing documents such as course lists; special tasks for Education Department; maintaining program-specific Google websites (3-4 hours/week); and other special projects as assigned (2 hours/week).
  • Tasks vary, and depending on student availability during the term.
  • Works in conjunction with the Education Department’s Administrative Assistant and Administrative Director;
  • Reports to the Education Department Administrative Director.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills.
  • Must be responsive and detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Forms is necessary.
  • Familiarity with the AUNE Education Department offerings and processes is a plus, but not required
