Job Description
- The work study clinical coordinator assistant will be responsible for scheduling staff, managing caseloads, and coordinating clinical schedules. (5 hours)
- They will support the development of therapeutic programming, workshops, and educational materials. (5 hours)
- They will complete required documentation, tracking credentialing, and assisting with administrative tasks. (7 hours)
- The work study clinical coordinator assistant will serve as a liaison to other departments or teams and representing the counseling services to community agencies and communicate with MACP Program Chair regarding and Administrative Director of Clinical Training regarding all assigned tasks. (3 hours)
Qualifications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work integrity;
- good critical reading skills;
- ability to work as a member of a team; familiarity with reading manuals and practicum paperwork;
- diplomacy in interacting with site supervisors; openness to learning new skills;
- problem solving capacity;
