Job Description

Administrative assistance for Administrative Director of Clinical Training—including follow up with site paperwork, assistance with program evaluation that requires clinical sensitivity and understanding of key elements in documenting clinical training.

This position will involve assisting the Administrative Director of Clinical Training with various administrative functions, including contacting students and training sites regarding evaluation forms, training availability and site review.

Also assists the MACP Program Coordinators and Full-Time Core, Teaching and Clinical Faculty with a variety of tasks as assigned.

Tasks include (but are not limited to) data organization and entry, form construction, integration of data sets and record keeping and other organizational tasks as requested.

May also assist in the preparation of program specific events and research projects. Specific responsibilities shall include:

  • Providing administrative support to Administrative Director of Clinical Training, program staff, students, and faculty, including drafting and responding to emails (4 hours),
  • creating and maintaining electronic files, databases, and cloud-based repositories (2 hours),
  • coordinating events such as consortium and providing Tevera training to students (2 hours);
  • other related duties as assigned (2 hours).

Qualifications

  • Successful candidates must have sufficient computing equipment and internet service at home and be proficient with the Zoom videoconferencing platform, G Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Sites etc.) and Tevera.
  • Adherence to confidentially a must.
