Job Description and Minimum Qualifications:
Description: This position requires an organized person with attention to detail who is interested in social justice and sustainability.
Job Duties:
● Administrative support including:
- Assist in creating online repositories of department documents
- Update contact lists as needed
- Support distribution of monthly e-newsletter
Skills Required:
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Google Suite (Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides, Calendar)
● Experience organizing documents in Google Drive
● Ability to work independently on team projects
