Currently the Coordinator of Assessment, Accountability, and Research for Springfield City Schools, Crystal started her educational career as a teacher in Dayton Public Schools with some of the best fifth and sixth kids on the planet. Since then, she has explored other avenues such as academic coaching and teaching pre-service educators and administrators at Wright State University and Antioch University – Midwest. She also currently serves as the president of the Board of Directors for the Humane Society Serving Clark County.
