Scott Lochridge is a successful operating executive and strategic advisor to both multinational corporations and entrepreneurial ventures with over twenty-five years experience working with CEOs and Executive Teams to create highly effective organizations, develop dynamic strategies for growth, achieve sustainable operating and financial performance, and lead major change initiatives. Scott is the President & Founding Partner of Dragonfly Organization Resource Group, a professional services firm that helps companies become more competitive, organize for growth, develop strong leaders, improve talent engagement, increase staff productivity, raise financial performance, and enhance operating effectiveness. He is the co-author of Enlightenment Incorporated, Creating Companies Our Kids Would Be Proud To Work For, a book that outlines his philosophy for creating highly effective organizations, executives, and senior leadership teams.

Scott has held senior leadership positions in a number of professional service firms, consultancies, and marketing service companies including the Boston Consulting Group, Peppers & Rogers Group, Carlson Marketing Worldwide, DiaLogos, and the Cambridge Strategic Management Group. With experience working for clients in North America, Europe, and the Pacific Rim, Scott’s industry involvement includes automotive, technology, financial services, retail, professional services, telecommunications, consumer products, as well as a range of commercial and industrial products and services. His client list includes Visa, Oracle, Kia Motors, Mazda, CenturyLink Communications, Hewlett Packard, Ford Motor Company, Citicorp, United Health, American Honda, Staples, Toys R Us, Deckers Outdoor Corporation, Blockbuster, Verizon, Reliant Energy, General Motors, UBS, and Schering-Plough.

Scott currently services as the Head of Strategy for Deckers Brands, in Goleta, California, and as Chairman or Managing Partner to a number of start-ups across the US. Scott has a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Stanford University.
