- The complexities of organizational leadership at the beginning of the 21st century
- The rationale for and difficulties of creating new organizational norms
- The strengths and weaknesses of different organizational change strategies in relation to different organizational settings
- To understand and critique research and scholarly literature in the general areas of leadership and organizational change in the professions
Reflective learner:
- To apply major theoretical perspectives in leadership and organizational change literature to real-life cases and to reflect on these applications
- To design, conduct and reflect on original research that has value for the field
