PhD in Leadership and Change Policies and Procedures
All communities are characterized by ways of interacting, determined by norms and practices, policies and laws. Below we describe those policies and practices that govern our learning community.
The PhD Program reserves the right to modify or discontinue policies and/or program requirements. New policies or changes to existent policies are posted on the website and within the University portal on an annual basis, prior to the new academic term. In rare instances, new or modified policies may be announced during the term. In this latter case, direct mailings or electronic mail will inform members of the community.

Antioch University encourages students who have a concern to raise it with the appropriate person in their program or at their campus. Students may also file a grievance with Antioch University.
Antioch University is currently licensed in California, New Hampshire, Ohio and Washington state. If a concern cannot be resolved internally within Antioch University, a distance education student may file a complaint with a state by referring to the following list of state agencies.
