I received my Master of Science in Counseling with a concentration in Marriage and Family and Child Counseling from the University of Phoenix Costa Mesa in 2015. Prior to that, I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine, and my Associate of Science in Psychology from Marymount College, Palos Verdes.

I am passionate about creating a supportive learning environment where my students have the opportunity to learn through dialogue and experiential opportunities. I enjoy sharing professional experiences and answering questions that students have about developing their private practice. I practice anti-diet philosophy as an eating disorder specialist and enjoy teaching students about Health at Every Size and All Foods Fit perspectives.
