I am a sociologist with more than 25 years of experience measuring success and progress in change efforts in the public and non-profit sectors.

I was most recently an Evaluator in the Center for Behavioral Health Innovation at Antioch University New England, which works with community partners to improve behavioral health practice and outcomes for underserved populations.  I am also a member of Meeting Waters YMCA’s Board of Directors, which is working to guide the organization’s efforts to “strengthen the foundations of community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.”
