My goal is to collaborate in multidimensional, multiculturally situated clinical mental health counseling learning programs to develop the mental health counseling professionals of today. I appreciate the intersectionality of professional and academic learning, envisioning and creating licensure resources for students and trainees. I am inspired and dedicated to contributing to the process of developing my students to their professional aspirations. Through instructing foundational courses as well as practicum and internship, I find my own professional development as an academic and leader evolving. I also realize exciting research possibilities to lend informative and possibly guiding information for curriculum development.
