Phebe Brako-Owusu is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who helps immigrants build a home away from home. Originally from Ghana, Phebe is licensed to see clients in both Washington State and DC and specializes in working with adults, families, and couples dealing with work stress, trauma, and issues related to their immigrant identities. She is currently a second-year doctoral student in the Counselor Education and Supervision program at Antioch University – Seattle. When she is not buried in research about transracial adoption or homework, Phebe hides in her closet, playing on her Nintendo Switch. Most often, she can be found dancing in the aisles of her local Target with her 3 sons.
