Tiffany Polite Henderson, PhD, LPC-S, NCC, is a Teaching Faculty member in the Counseling Division of Antioch University’s School of Counseling, Psychology, and Therapy. With a diverse background spanning school counseling, nonprofit leadership, and counselor education, Henderson brings unique insights to her teaching. As a licensed professional counselor and owner of Light Work Counseling Services, she integrates her clinical expertise into the classroom, emphasizing practical application, cultural sensitivity, and ethical practice. Drawn to Antioch University’s social justice mission, Henderson is most excited about mentoring counseling students as they explore their own passions, find their voices within the field, and develop meaningful ways to integrate social justice into their future work as counselors.
