Valerie Ellis is a consultant to small businesses, non-profit organizations and corporations, assisting them to achieve excellence in individual and organizational performance. Ms. Ellis is a trained facilitator, executive coach, nationally-certified trainer in Board development and holds a Work-Life Certificate from Boston University. She also is experienced in project and event management. Ms. Ellis is an adjunct professor at Santa Barbara City College and Antioch University, teaching business classes with an entrepreneurial focus. She has published a textbook on Business Feasibility Analysis. For fun, she leads wine tours to the Santa Ynez Valley.

Ms. Ellis is past president of the board for Leadership Santa Barbara County and previous member of the National board for the Association for Enterprise Opportunity. She holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Development with a focus on change management.
