Innovative Programs Offered by a Distinctive University
Antioch University’s PhD in Leadership and Change is a doctoral program that combines faculty-mentored, individualized learning with a challenging interdisciplinary core curriculum. The focus of the program is on understanding and leading change. Antioch’s Master in Leadership Practice is an interdisciplinary program boldly designed for disrupting and reframing leadership practices to build responsible futures. The program is designed to both challenge and support socially engaged leaders and change agents to engage the complex challenges of their fields.
At the heart of study is the student’s own practice in professional life. Our goal is to educate professionals from a wide range of fields and in a variety of positions to be reflective practitioners, principled leaders, and engaged researchers.
