Job Description

  • The Communication Center student worker will be available approximately 5 hours a day (4 days a week) to answer incoming phone calls and reply to incoming emails from prospective students.
  • During periods of no phone calls or emails, the student worker will be responsible for connecting with prospective students who have appointment booking issues, such as duplicate appointments, no shows, reschedules, and cancellations, which takes about 1 hour a day to complete.
  • At least 1 hour a week is also spent on a weekly meeting for training, updates, and reviews.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience working with Google Suite
  • Strong experience working in a customer service setting
  • Some experience working with data management platforms
  • Ability to work hours during a 9-5pm PST window
  • Must have own laptop, Wi-fi, and work remotely
