Job Description

  • Work-Study/Support Role: Key Responsibilities
  • 2 hours Data Compilation and Organization:
  • 2 hours Combining Existing Work Data: Gather all relevant data from available sources and ensure they are properly merged. This might include reports, project files, and spreadsheets.
  • 1 hour Maintaining Functioning Links: Ensure all shared documents, links, and files are accessible and up to date.
  • 1 hour Accreditation Data Preparation: Help in compiling and organizing any data related to accreditation (e.g., certifications, compliance data) for reports or external reviews.
  • 2 hours Meeting and Administrative Support:
  • Note-Taking: Assist with taking comprehensive notes during executive meetings or other important discussions.
  • 2 hours Follow-up on Action Items: Help track and ensure that action items from meetings are completed on time.

Qualifications

  • Familiar with any of the following Suggested Tools for Efficiency:
    Google Drive/SharePoint: For organizing and maintaining data and functioning links.
    Google Docs/Microsoft Word: For collaborative note-taking during meetings.
    Slack/Microsoft Teams: For quick communication and file sharing among the team.
  • Key Skills for the Role:
    Strong organizational and administrative skills.
    Data compilation and analysis proficiency (familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets).
    Excellent written communication for taking accurate notes and compiling research.
    Basic research skills (gathering, analyzing, and summarizing information).
