Student Academic Records
Once you have registered and your admission file is complete, your academic records are permanently kept on file in the Office of Student Retention and Integrated Student Services (OSR-ISS).
Here are a few commonly requested services from the OSR-ISS office.

- Transcript Request: You may order your transcript online through National Student Clearinghouse.
- Application for Non-Enrolled Student Status (Use this form to register for Leave of Absence, Enrollment Maintenance and Thesis Completion)
- Enrollment Verification Form (Use this form to verify your status of current enrollment)
- Change of Address (Use this form to change your address on file with OSR-ISS)
- Change of Name (Use this form to change your legal name on file with the OSR-ISS)
- MAP Change of Program / Cohort / Concentration Form
- Petition for Exceptions to Registrarial Policies or Procedures
- Request to Prevent Disclosure of Directory Information
Antioch University Los Angeles has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to act as its agent for verification of degrees and enrollment status. Company representatives and agents of private and public agencies who wish to verify degrees and/or enrollment, please use the round the clock web-enabled service following this link: www.studentclearinghouse.org.

The Antioch University Office of Records Administration issues transcripts for students and alumni of all campuses. Order your transcript online through the National Student Clearinghouse. To order your official transcript, you will need a major credit card and an email address. The total fee for a transcript with narratives is $15.25. This fee includes a 2.50 processing fee. Mail delivery is included in the price. For those who only require a transcript (no narratives) the price is discounted to $10.25.
Part of the ordering process involves filling out a FERPA acknowledgment which allows this information to be released on your behalf.
Most transcript requests are completed within 48 hours. If you have a hold on your student account, you will receive an email notification. Your request will not be released until a resolution has been reached with the appropriate University office.
In addition to processing time, please allow additional time for USPS delivery. For those requiring expedited delivery, additional delivery methods are available.

The Office of Records Administration does not accept third party transcript requests.

Seeking confirmation of your current enrollment status for an employer or for other personal purposes ? Using this option will allow you to print an enrollment verification that you can use for this purpose. This service provides your enrollment information based up on the most recently uploaded data which in most instances begins in the period following add/drop. This information is updated once each month.
