MS in Resource Management and Administration
Translate Knowledge Into Action
The Resource Management and Administration degree (RMA) is designed to prepare students to lead and manage projects and organizations in the environmental field. You will be prepared for professional positions within a regulated environment to lead solutions that prioritize the most vulnerable and address historical inequities of Black, Indigenous, and people of color.
Now, with just 30 credits, you can complete your master’s degree while maintaining a work-life balance and fostering personal resilience.
This degree is offered by Antioch University’s New England Campus.
Program Overview
The RMA program embraces regenerative approaches that ensure the security of water, energy, and food resources for future generations. In every course you take at Antioch University as part of this degree program, the competencies, and skills acquired will further enable you to analyze, assess, and help create strategies and solutions to create a sustainable, equitable, and resilient world. You will further refine or acquire a skill set, not only throughout your coursework but through experiential learning opportunities in your internship and capstone project. All your work while a student will culminate in a professional portfolio you can share with existing or future employment opportunities.

Multiple Pathways for RMA Students
Students have access to one-on-one mentorship, and coursework can be tailored to these concentrations to meet their professional and personal career goals. The RMA program is structured with two paths to prepare students to compete and flourish in the professional environmental field:
If you are new to this field, the Sustainable Development and Climate Change (SDCC) might be the right fit.
If you are new to this field and want to travel and learn from international examples, the International Development and Climate Change (ISDCC) curriculum might be the right pathway for you.
Additional Professional Designations
In addition to the Master of Science degree that the RMA program offers, there are additional professional designations that students can attain before they enter the environmental profession.
Centers and Resources
