I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) passionate about the psychology of work, leadership, and well-being. My background is in crisis intervention, which includes working with clients who have experienced suicidal ideation, homicidal ideation, or domestic violence. Thus, I feel well qualified in treating those with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, self-injury, relationship issues, and/or parenting. I enjoy working with adults throughout the life cycle. I have a passion for working with young adults looking to find their identity, and I am passionate about maternal mental health. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Brainspotting, and EMDR.
