She comes to AU from her most recent experience as the CFO and Cabinet member for Governor Ted Strickland, State of Ohio from 2007 to 2011, managing a state budget of $56 billion and a department of 200 professionals. Virginia Dowse is the Director of Finance and Budget Planning for Antioch University. Dave Houser came to Antioch University Los Angeles as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President for Finance in 2009. His responsibilities include development of AULA’s annual operating budget (in collaboration with the Budget Committee, President, and Board of Trustees), planning, accounting, payroll, accounts payable, student accounts, financial reporting and analysis and other projects for the President and Board. Darlene Robertson has served as chief administrative officer and chief financial officer at Antioch University New Midwest since July 2011. Prior to that she served as Vice President of Student Administrative Services and Interim CFO for five years, Dean of Student Services, Executive Director of Operations, and a few other capacities, including Registrar.
