Welcome to Compliance Resources
The Office of General Counsel has created these Compliance Resources to assist with Antioch University’s federal and state compliance efforts. All institutions of higher education must comply with a wide range of ever-changing federal laws and regulations. And being a multi-campus University we must also comply with state laws and regulations in California, New Hampshire, Ohio, and Washington State.
If you have a compliance related question, please feel free to contact compliance@antioch.edu or Rebecca Todd, Associate General Counsel, at rtodd@antioch.edu.
Available Resources
Compliance Calendar: We have developed an Antioch University Compliance Calendar which provides the due dates when particular compliance documents must be filed by each campus or program. For a more complete description of the statutory and regulatory basis of each of the compliance deadlines, see the Compliance Tickler. If you are responsible for filing any of the reports on the Compliance Calendar, you can click on the due date of that report and copy that calendar event to your personal Gmail calendar on your computer and put a reminder to alert you a month, six weeks, etc. before the report is due.
Compliance Hotline: The Compliance Hotline allows for anonymous or attributed concerns to be raised via telephone or website 24/7, 365 days per year.
Compliance Repository: The Compliance Repository is a centralized and searchable database of uploaded compliance documents, such as letters and reports that are responsive to the various federal and state regulatory requirements under which we operate. Compliance Repository Instructions have been prepared to assist employees in uploading documents to the Compliance
Repository.
Compliance Tickler: The Compliance Tickler provides statutory and regulatory context for each of the compliance deadlines found in the Compliance Calendar, and links to the legal requirements. Like the Compliance Calendar, it is organized on a monthly basis.
Higher Education Compliance Alliance: Comprised of 27 participating associations, the Compliance Alliance was created to provide the higher education community with a centralized repository of information and resources for compliance with federal laws and regulations. There are resources available on everything from accounting to telecommunications.
