Rebecca E. Todd

Since graduating from Cornell Law School in 1989, Rebecca has represented non-profit organizations, public colleges and universities, state and municipal governments, individuals and businesses. She practiced public interest environmental law for the Natural Resources Defense Fund and the Sierra Club Legal Defense Fund before turning to higher education law in 1996.

Rebecca joined Antioch University New England in 2001, where in addition to managing her own law firm she taught environmental law, school law, and alternative dispute resolution. In addition, she served for one year as Assistant Vice President of Academic Affairs.

In 2007, Rebecca received a Fulbright Scholarship to teach at a law school in Pune, India. As Counsel for Regulatory Affairs, Rebecca is responsible for ensuring that Antioch University is in compliance with federal and state statutes and regulations.

Rebecca currently serves on the boards of directors of the Conservation Law Foundation and the Cobra Society of Dartmouth College.

Rebecca lives with her husband and two teenaged children on an old farm in New Hampshire. She enjoys reading, gardening, eating, travelling, and all manner of outdoor activities.
