Welcome to Antioch University’s Graduate School of Leadership and Change. Thank you for taking the time to come to learn more about us!
Antioch’s Graduate School is committed to the highest quality non-traditional doctoral programs to serve professionals who are engaged in leading positive change in workplaces and communities around the world. Our distinctive PhD in Leadership and Change (cross sector) and the PhD in Leadership and Change for Healthcare serve learners who live and work anywhere coming together for face-to-face gatherings several times a year and engaging with each other and with faculty in a robust high touch, virtual learning community between residencies. Our cohorts are composed of energetic, diverse and socially conscious practitioners, all of whom bring years of wisdom, curiosity and passion to their study of thorny challenges in their fields of practice. The programs are outcomes-based; instead of credit for seat-time in a classroom, students earn credit for demonstrating their acquisition of knowledge and skills in a unique sequenced pattern of assignments. Finally, our full-time senior faculty are world-renown scholar-practitioners committed to the success of each and every one of our students.
I hope this sounds exciting to you. Please continue on – meander our pages, look at the faculty videos, enjoy the commencement ceremonies – and when you’re ready, feel free to RSVP for a webinar or just call us to talk.
We are inspired by our programs, students and alumni. We hope you will be too!
