$750 Group Rate – Bring 3 or more attendees from your organization and each of you can register at our special group rate.

Institute Refund Policy
In order to run an engaging and informative Institute that is both personal and interactive, the Institute requires a minimum number of participants to run effectively. We will make every effort to insure that this Institute meets those minimums and is able to proceed on schedule.
For planning purposes, please know that we will make a final decision on this by June 1st, 2019 and will confirm that decision with all registered attendees. We encourage you to hold off on making non-refundable travel plans until that date.
If we determine at that time that we are unable to move forward with the institute, all registered participants will receive a full refund.
To assist us with making this determination, we also ask that you adhere to the following cancellation deadline.
All requests for cancellations MUST be submitted in writing to the Conservation Psychology Institute, Antioch University New England and RECEIVED no later than 11:59 PM EST on May 24, 2019 if a refund is requested. Telephone requests WILL NOT be honored.

Requests for cancellations received after May 24th will not be eligible for a refund of Institute fees.
Transfer of Registration
You can transfer your registration to another individual if we receive this request by July 30, 2019. This does not involve any refund. You must provide the name, position, organization and email of the alternate that will attend in your place. SUBSTITUTIONS CAN BE REQUESTED VIA EMAIL TO: email@example.com
