Fiona O’Farrell, MA, LMFT, CST

Antioch University Seattle

Fiona O’Farrell, MA, LMFT, CST, is the Director of Sexuality Studies and Teaching Faculty in the CFT Program. She has been working with individuals and couples in private practice since 2014.  She is a Certified Sexuality Therapist and her clinical focus includes sexual health and wellness, shame reduction, intimacy enhancement in relationships, queer-affirmative care, and working with LGBTQ+ clients. Her research and academic focus include body inclusive sexuality education and dismantling the gender binary in sexuality therapy.  Prior to her practice, she worked in community and school-based mental health programs in Seattle. She is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and member and chapter head for the American Association for Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists.
