Job Description

  • Specific responsibilities shall include 1) creating and maintaining electronic files, databases, and cloud-based repositories (8 hours), 2) providing administrative support to program staff, students, and faculty, including drafting and responding to emails (8 hours), 3) coordinating events such as speaker series, information sessions, and community building events, etc (2 hours); and 4) other related duties as assigned (2 hours).

Qualifications

  • Successful candidates must have sufficient computing equipment and internet service at home and be proficient with the Zoom videoconferencing platform, G Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Sites etc.).
  • Candidates should have at least six months left studying at Antioch.
